Alright, let’s get down to brass tacks!! Please read through the following sections to get a good idea of what’s happening next week…

Where relevant, all Student resources are ready to be sent out to Students. Parents may arrange to collect their Student’s textbooks on either of the following days:

Monday July 19th between 10am to 12pm or 2pm to 4pm.

or

Wednesday July 21st between 10am to 12pm or 2pm to 4pm.

If you need the books to be couriered to you, please WhatsApp the ULC Office on Monday before 10am with the following details:

Please note that courier charges are to be borne by parents.

If you arrange directly with a courier service to collect your Student’s books, please give the Courier Company the following collection details:

Thursday July 22nd, 2021

9:00am – General School Assembly – Join via your Student’s Google Classroom

9:30am – All Students Enter their Period 1 Classes

Note: For Upper Grade Students (Grades 7 through 12), Students will follow the following schedule:

9:30am – Period 1 Classroom
10:00am – Period 2 Classroom
10:30am – Period 3 Classroom
11:00am – Period 4 Classroom

Friday July 23rd, 2021

Classes start as per scheduled @ 8:00am for all Students.

We will arrange to connect with you on Wednesday July 21st to be able to ensure that you are connected to Google Classroom. We’ll provide you with a short tutorial session to enable you to be familiarized with connecting and using the system.

We’re looking forward to a great year ahead. We’re certain that it’s going to full of interesting twists and turns, but are confident that our families and our team, as a community, will navigate the entire year well together!!
