“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!”
– Psalms 133:1
WE’RE HALFWAY THROUGH GRADING PERIOD 1!! Hats off to all our students, teachers and to all our parents. As we all continue to navigate these unusual times, it is wonderful to hear our team sharing stories of students going above and beyond, not just in class, but also with family in the environment around them.
The topic of UNITY is one that always comes up during the time when, as a nation, we celebrate Merdeka next week and subsequently Malaysia Day in September. It gives us pause to look at the nation that we live in, those that were born here, and those that have come. Irrespective of our origins, we are here together, and in that spirit, we wish every family SELAMAT HARI MERDEKA (Happy Independence Day). May we continue to support each other, encourage each other, and pray for Malaysia together.
We will be having a short special assembly next week to celebrate Merdeka! together.

This week we heard from one of our upper grade students that they were researching information for their parents due to a language barrier, and how the student was able to apply that knowledge in their finance class.
In another class, a student’s sharing ended up with all the students, the teacher, along with the parents who were present, having a good laugh all together after a student made a joke.
As you’ll see below, our creative arts classes have been exercising their creative minds in making 3D animals and trees. With a course focus on developing stop motion media, we look forward to seeing where our students take their story telling techniques and bring them to life in the coming months…
The 2021-2022 Annual Calendar has been released and is available for viewing here.

Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. Colossians 3: 13-14 |
